We are Specialists in Fibre Optic & 4G Internet , TV Services, Sound Systems, Most Models and sizes of TVs in Stock, CCTV, for all nationalities, and our trained staff are highly respected on the coast.

Behind every great service is a great team. At Experience Electronics, our staff combine years of technical experience with a genuine passion for helping customers. From accounts and customer support to installation and technical expertise, every member of our team plays an important role in delivering reliable television, internet and technology services.
As Alan’s daughter, Daniella grew up surrounded by the business and developed a strong understanding of what it takes to build lasting customer relationships. Combining her passion for technology with a natural ability to connect with people, whether clients, colleagues, friends, or family, she quickly found her place within the company.
Starting her career in sales and customer relations, Daniella gained hands-on experience across many areas of the business, developing a deep understanding of both the company and its customers. In 2025, she took over the leadership of the company as CEO, continuing the family tradition while bringing a fresh vision for the future.
Alan still continues to provide support and oversight as the company moves confidently into its next chapter.
Alan has always been an exceptionally driven individual. Together with his wife Carol, he founded the company in 1970, laying the foundations for what would become one of the Costa del Sol’s most established and trusted family businesses.
Throughout his career, Alan's dedication to customer service and business excellence earned widespread recognition. Among his achievements, he was honoured with the prestigious Top International Company Award from The Experience Group, recognising the company's outstanding reputation and contribution to the local business community.
After more than 55 years of dedication, Alan has now retired, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, integrity, and exceptional customer service that continues to guide the company today. While no longer involved in the day-to-day running of the business, his experience, values, and vision remain at the heart of everything we do.
Natalie joined the company in 2017 as our Accounts Coordinator and has become an integral part of the team. She is responsible for managing invoicing and accounting for our thousands of clients each month, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.
In addition to overseeing customer accounts, Natalie manages all internet and TV service activation and cancellation requests, coordinating these processes to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
With her extensive knowledge and attention to detail, Natalie is the first point of contact for any billing or accounting-related enquiries. Whether it's a question about an invoice, payment, or account status, she is always happy to help and is widely regarded as the go-to person for all accounting matters.
Sean has been a valued member of our team for more than 17 years. Having spent many years working in the field, he has built extensive expertise across a wide range of technologies, including TV systems, fibre internet, satellite installations, sound systems, CCTV, and smart technology solutions.
Known throughout the company as our technical expert, Sean is often the person colleagues turn to when faced with a complex challenge. His depth of knowledge and problem-solving ability have earned him a reputation as the team's "technical brain."
Today, Sean primarily works from the office, providing technical support to customers over the phone, assisting with diagnostics, and preparing detailed quotations for new projects. In addition to his telecommunications and technology expertise, Sean is also a fully qualified electrician and certified solar panel installer, giving him a unique breadth of knowledge across both electrical and technology sectors.
Whether it's a technical query, system design, or specialist advice, Sean is always ready to help find the right solution.
If there’s one person who always knows about the latest technology, it’s Aaron. Passionate about gadgets, smart technology, and emerging innovations, he is constantly keeping up with the newest products and developments in the industry.
Aaron has developed extensive expertise across all aspects of TV, satellite, sound systems, fibre internet, and technology installations. His enthusiasm for technology, combined with his hands-on experience, makes him a valuable resource for both customers and colleagues alike.
Aaron also heads up our Air Conditioning Division, overseeing installations, maintenance, and customer support. He is fully qualified, fully insured, and registered with the Junta de Andalucía, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest professional and regulatory standards.
Whether it's the latest home entertainment system, a fibre internet installation, or a complete air conditioning solution, Aaron brings energy, knowledge, and a commitment to delivering the best possible service.
Josh joined our team in 2016 and has become an important part of our growing group of highly trained technicians. With years of hands-on experience in both internet and television services, he has built a strong reputation for providing reliable, professional support to our customers across the Costa del Sol.
Specialising in installations, fault finding, and technical troubleshooting, Josh is often one of the first technicians called upon when customers experience issues with their TV or internet services. Whether it's a routine service call, an urgent fault, or a complex technical problem, he is committed to resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
As one of our dedicated field technicians, Josh is regularly on call to assist customers, ensuring they receive the fast and dependable service that our company is known for.
